  1. Delete Page      
  2.     The Delete command is used to remove pages from a document. When 
  3.  this command is selected, a dialog box appears that allows you to select 
  4.  a range of pages to be deleted.
  5.     Text in text chains in deleted pages are reflowed through the 
  6.  remaining elements of the chain, unless all elements of the chain are 
  7.  deleted, in which case the entire chain is deleted.
